Seamus Finnegan, a spirited half-blood wizard from Ireland. He is best remembered as one of Gryffindor’s most explosive personalities during his time at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Born to Cillian and Saoirse Finnegan, with a younger brother named Rory, Seamus grew up in a lively household that blended his father’s Muggle practicality with his mother’s magical heritage. His early fascination with charms and pyrotechnics often led to accidents (sometimes spectacular ones) that became his trademark throughout his school years.

At Hogwarts, Seamus was known for his loyalty, humor, and fiery temper, as well as his close friendship with Dean Thomas, Kendis Black, Ron Weasley, and Neville Longbottom. He fought bravely in the Battle of Hogwarts alongside the rest of Dumbledore’s Army. 

After the war, Seamus took a more lighthearted path. His knack for controlled chaos made him a perfect fit for Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, where he now manages the Hogsmeade branch. His inventive ideas and infectious charm helped turn the shop into one of the most popular magical destinations in the village.

Meanwhile in his personal life, Seamus finally admitted that he had feelings for his best friend, Dean Thomas soon after the war.  They lived together for some time, before their ultimately decided to get married in Las Vegas.
